  MAINLY AT ELEVATIONS ABOVE 2000 FT.

* WINDS...SOUTH TO SOUTHEAST WINDS AHEAD OF SQUALL LINE 10 TO 20
  MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH.

* TIMING...THROUGH 8 AM EDT THIS MORNING.

* IMPACTS...TREES MAY BLOWN DOWN ESPECIALLY IN HIGHER ELEVATIONS
  CAUSING POWER OUTAGES.
