THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF NORTH AND CENTRAL GEORGIA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...

A SERIES OF UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEMS WILL PUSH ACROSS THE AREA
EARLY NEXT WEEK BRINGING THE PROSPECTS OF WINTRY WEATHER. AT THIS
TIME...CONFIDENCE IS INCREASING THAT THE SYSTEM MOVING THROUGH ON
MONDAY INTO MONDAY NIGHT WILL BRING ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL TO THE
HIGHER ELEVATIONS OF NORTH GEORGIA. MOISTURE WILL BE LACKING WITH
THIS SYSTEM SO ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE SOMEWHAT LIMITED BUT IT
REMAINS TOO EARLY TO DETERMINE EXACT ACCUMULATION POTENTIAL FOR
THESE AREAS. PLEASE MONITOR FOR UPDATES FROM THIS OFFICE OR LOCAL
NEWS OUTLETS THROUGH EARLY NEXT WEEK.

OUTSIDE OF THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS...SNOW SHOWERS WITH RAIN MIXED
IN AT TIMES WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH MONDAY NIGHT FOR MUCH OF THE
REMAINDER OF NORTH GEORGIA WITH LIGHT ACCUMULATIONS POSSIBLE FOR
AREAS NORTH OF A ROME TO CUMMING TO HOMER LINE AND NO
ACCUMULATIONS ANTICIPATED FOR MOST OF THE ATLANTA METRO.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
SPOTTER ACTIVATION WILL NOT BE NEEDED THROUGH TONIGHT.
