...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 800 PM EDT FOR
NORTHEASTERN CLAYTON...NORTH CENTRAL HENRY AND DEKALB COUNTIES...

AT 417 PM EDT...RAIN HAD TAPERED OFF ACROSS THE WARNED AREA.
HOWEVER...RUNOFF FROM EARLIER HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE TO AFFECT
LOCAL CREEKS AND STREAMS. FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS
REMAINS POSSIBLE.
