Please remember to include the following information so that your report is processed correctly and quickly.

Include: Type of Report (Hail, Tornado, Wind Damage, Wind Speed, Snow, Ice, etc)
Size of Hail or Wind speeds
Any Damage Caused
Amount Of Snow/Ice
Where and what time the event occurred. Please include you location as accurately as possible. 
Example: 5 Miles East of Decatur in Wise County
