Lans Rothfusz offers congratulations
On Tuesday, February 5, 2002 Georgia's StormReady Executive Board met with dignitaries from Gwinnett County, including representatives from the County Board of Commissioners, and the Gwinnett County Fire and Emergency Management Agency. The purpose - to publicly recognize the county as a "StormReady Community". A Certificate of Recognition and StormReady street signs were presented. Making the presentation were Mr. Lans Rothfusz, Meteorologist-in-Charge, and Mr. Barry Gooden, Warning Coordination Meteorologist from the National Weather Service Forecast Office in Peachtree City. Blair Raddatz from GEMA also addressed the gathering.
