Lans Rothfusz and Barry Gooden congratulate Clayton County dignitaries on becoming StormReady
On Tuesday December 11, 2001 Georgia's StormReady Executive Board met with dignitaries from Clayton County, including commissioners, mayors and EMA officials. The purpose - to publicly recognize the county as a "StormReady Community". A Certificate of Recognition and StormReady street signs were presented. Making the presentation were Mr. Lans Rothfusz, Meteorologist-in-Charge, and Mr. Barry Gooden, Warning Coordination Meteorologist from the National Weather Service Forecast Office in Peachtree City. Blair Raddatz from GEMA also addressed the gathering.
