Storm Summary...
F2 intensity
Path: START position 6.5 miles southwest of downtown Bremen
END position 3.5 miles northeast of Bremen affecting
2 counties (Carroll and Haralson).
width = 150 yards
at least 2 dozen homes damaged...mostly by falling trees
several businesses (at least 4) damaged plus a golf course
several barns and outbuildings either destroyed or damaged
many hundreds of trees snapped or uprooted. Several were
VERY large hardwoods and pines.
extensive damage to power lines and telephone lines
apparently no deaths and the number of injured is unknown.
