This is a graphical short-term forecast (0-6 hours) of significant, hazardous, or interesting weather elements. It often provides interpretation of what is currently shown on radar - including rainfall rates, associated wind speeds, etc. More importantly, it often provides a forecast of where this "weather" will be located in the next hour or two.

This is a warning decision simulator intended to provide participants with an appreciation of the meteorology of severe weather events and the decision-making process that goes into NWS warnings.

This is a set of maps displaying detailed (high resolution) forecasts of weather elements for the next 7 days.

This is a query tool that allows you to plan a weather-sensitive activity by accessing the National Weather Service's high resolution National Digital Forecast Database (NDFD), and searching for the range of weather parameters applicable to a planned activity. The Weather Activity Planner provides forecast weather parameters at the nearest grid point requested.
