Rainfall associated with the remnants of Hurricane Frances

As the remnants of Hurricane Frances moved inland...bands of heavy rain moved across Georgia Sunday through Tuesday. Rainfall totals were generally 3 to 8 inches along and southeast of Interstate 85...with pockets of 8 to 12 inches from middle to southeast Georgia.
