Summary: These photos were taken near the intersection of Simonton/Front streets and Front/Ann Streets in Old Town Key West.  Nuisance street flooding occurs simply with the rising of the spring tides near the time of full or new moons.  This usually occurs at a height of  2.7 feet MLLW (or 1.8 feet MSL). With the addition of precipitation, this nuisance flooding can rise into nearby store fronts.
