Summary: These photos were taken near the intersection of Simonton/Front
streets and Front/Ann Streets in Old Town Key West. Nuisance street
flooding occurs simply with the rising of the spring tides near the time
of full or new moons. This usually occurs at a height of 2.7
feet MLLW (or 1.8 feet MSL). With the addition of precipitation, this nuisance
flooding can rise into nearby store fronts.
