The following graphs show 3 Month rainfall outlooks relative to 1971 to 2000 Normals. For example, a 40 percent chance of above normal, in green, means a 40 percent chance of above normal rainfall, a 33.33 percent chance of near normal rainfall, and a 26.67 percent chance of below normal rainfall. EC means Equal Chances of Above, Near, and Below Normal rainfall.
