1. RAIN - 1/2 inch in 1/2 hour and still raining
2. SNOW -  (desert) begins to accumulate
(mountains) greater than a 2 inch accumulation
2. HAIL - Penny size diameter or larger
3. WIND - Gusts of at least 50 MPH
4. FUNNEL CLOUD or TORNADO sighted.
   (Be careful...use your training for identification of possible tornadoes)
5. ROTATING WALL CLOUD
6. FLOODING - Significant street flooding or dangerous amounts of water in
    any arroyo
7. VISIBILITIES 1/4 MILE OR LESS for any reason
8. Any other weather events you truly think to be important

Remember, significant weather reports are critical to the warning process, but NEVER AT THE EXPENSE OF YOUR SAFETY.
