...Freeze Warnings Suspended for the Season...

A widespread hard freeze occurred across the tri-state area this 
morning. As a result, routine light Freeze Watches and Warnings will 
be suspended for Southeast Alabama, Southwest and South Central 
Georgia, and the Florida Big Bend and Eastern Panhandle. Routine 
Freeze Watches and Warnings will resume on March 1.

The National Weather Service in Tallahassee will continue to issue 
Hard Freeze Watches and Warnings throughout the winter.

As a reminder, A Hard Freeze Watch/Warning is issued when 
temperatures are forecast to drop below 26 degrees for at least two 
hours.
