The floodwave reached this bridge on FM624 northeast
of Goliad around noon and stranded one motorists who tried
to cross it. He was rescued by local authorities. The NWS
storm survey team reached this bridge at 2pm, and took this photo
approximately 2 hours after the flood wave crested. This photo
illustrates the speed at which the flood wave was moving.
