Birmingham Reflectivity at 0001Z

Reflectivity image from KBMX at 0001 UTC 02/08/1998
This is a reflectivity image of the storm which produced a F2 tornado across parts of eastern Pickens county and continued into western Tuscaloosa County. This is the same storm that produced the tornadoes across west Jefferson County and over St. Clair County. A "hook" echo is present in this storm at this time. The storm is near the town of Gordo. Time of image 0001 UTC, or 701 PM CDT on April 8 th , 1998.
