At least 50 homes were destroyed. 4 people died near Smiths in a small home. One person died near Phenix City.
Damage was extensive. Severla people lost their lives and numerous folks were injured.

At least 7 homes were damaged on the south side of Mobile in the Crichton area.

5 homes and 27 buildings were destroyed. 2 homes and 3 buildings damaged. This occurred in the Macedonia Community NNW of Jasper.

The tornado moved northeast SW of Tuscumbia. A woman was killed and her husband and 6 children were injured in a farm house. The farm house was thrown over 100 feet. 6 additional homes were damaged.
3 homes were destroyed near the Warrior-Tombigbee Locks. 9 barns and outbuildings were also destroyed.
No details of the tornado damage were available.
