At least 35 homes were destroyed. An elderly couple was killed at Plainview and there were deaths west of Falkville and Winston.
73 frame buildings were destroyed and 52 buildings were damaged. Numerous trees and utility poles were blown down.
Tornado moved northeast on the west side of town. 13 homes were destroyed and at least 20 more homes were damaged.
9 homes and 17 buildings were destroyed. 55 homes and 54 buildings were damaged. The tornado scattered debris for hundreds of yards.

At least 2 homes were destroyed and 7 homes were damaged around the New Lexington area. 8 homes were damaged or destroyed n Fayette County.
Destroyed 9 buildings at Alexander City. The tornado moved northeast on the south edge of town.
