Spring Forward Clock

Daylight Savings Time starts early Sunday morning (March 10). We Spring Forward to daylight savings time this time of year, so the clock spins forward from 2:00am to 3:00am. If you choose, you can set your alarm to wake you at 2:00am so you can "spring forward" with the offical time or before retiring for the night on Saturday, adjust your clocks forward the hour.  Remember, you'll lose an hour of sleep. In the meantime...below is a link to the United States Naval Observatory for a short history of Daylight Savings Time. Also a friendly reminder, time change is a common period for batteries to be changed in your NOAA Weather Radios and home smoke detectors.
