NWS Birmingham Tornadic Event GIS Info (2011 - Present):

Each linked date below denotes the specific day that a tornadic severe weather event occurred in Central Alabama throughout a given year.  The links will take you directly to the GIS data page of interest, where individual ESRI Shapefiles or Google Earth KMZ files can be conveniently downloaded.  Interactive tornado track web maps are also available on select pages.  Damage Assessment Toolkit data are currently available from the April 27, 2011 Tornado Outbreak to present.
