Winter Storm Impacts the Texas and Oklahoma Panhandles

A strong winter storm brought snow to the Texas and Oklahoma Panhandles beginning on Tuesday, February 8 and ending during the early morning hours of Wednesday, February 9. The heaviest snowfall accumulations were generally along the Highway 60 corridor from Amarillo to Canadian. Beaver County in the Oklahoma Panhandle also experienced some higher snowfall amounts.
