A surge of monsoon moisture on the 23rd brought heavy rain to western New Mexico, the first of four days with heavy rain and some flooding. There were eight reports of serious flash flooding over these four days and close to 100 minor flood events noted. The table below lists some of the more impressive four day rainfall totals.
